As good as it gets! I just could not rush finding the right person to leave my best friend (and the love of my life) with, my dog Sasha. We had not spent a day apart since I brought her home when she was three months old. She is now 16 months. But when I first spoke and then met Nora I knew she was the one. Nora McLoughlin: the dog-owner’s best friend. We love our two big dogs, but their constant needs and demands can get tiresome. It’s wonderful to be able to call on Nora for help. Nora has been our dog trainer and walker for nearly five years. We have two five-year-old dogs – a Golden Doodle and a Bernese Mountain Dog and it would be an understatement to say that both dogs think Nora walks on water. It has been a blessing having Nora. She picks the dogs up everyday and they spend a minimum of two hours in off-leash dog parks. Our dogs are part of Nora’s “pack”. The dogs come home exhausted and happy. We started working with Nora when our dogs were just a few months old. She worked with us to train them in basic commands, and she continues to help us out when needed (our Golden has a tendency to bark at pretty much anyone or anything passing our house). Looking back, I think it was extremely important for our dogs, from a young age, to learn how to behave around other dogs and around humans. Being part of Nora’s pack helped to socialize them. We Come Home to a Happy, Sleepy Dog EVERYDAY! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing service provided by Nora and Dave. They allow our dog to have the fun, energetic, and exhausting outings that he deserves that we would never have time nor energy for on a daily basis. My dog spends his relaxing mornings lying around the house and the second he hears that apartment buzzer he leaps in to the air and stands at the door frantically wagging his tail until either Nora or Dave answers it. He just adores them and I know that our dog’s life is better with Nora and Dave in it. Nora went above and beyond any expectations we had by taking time to sit with us and teach us fundamental ways to gain respect from Dozer in addition, to somehow ‘curing’ his fear aggression and teaching him how to play with dogs again. Great Dog Care Provider It’s easy to find dog care in this city however it’s difficult to find care that is great. Care for your dog that leaves you guilt free and able to go off on business trips without worrying. Nora Mcloughlin is wonderful with my boy Duke. He adores her and the proof is his reaction when she arrives at our house to take him out for the day. Nora comes across as being sincere and genuinely concerned about the well being of my pet. Best Dog Behaviourist Ever. I was despondent when I came to Nora and Dave for help. My mother had gone into hospital for two weeks and her dog terrified me. It had knocked me down and virtually attacked me before and here I was, now, having to exercise it, feed it, and care for it. I asked Nora for help and right away she and Dave took over care for the dog. After two weeks with Nora, my mother and I took the dog to the vet for his regular check up, and to our delight the vet found him so amenable that she removed the “aggressive” label from his file, which she had put on there, long before we met Nora. The vet asked what had happened to adjust his behavioiur and my mother and I were proud to say: Westboro Daily Dog Care is what happened! I watched her working with my mother’s dog a number of times and it warmed my heart to see what love, care, and affection, in addition to firm correction she employed in her treatment of him. Nora and Dave seem to genuinely love the dogs they care for but are very firm in ensuring no dog is bullied in their care. They seem to adore their work as caregivers. I highly recommend anyone hire a dogwalker who is also an active behaviourist like Nora! I could not recommend her more highly.
